My name is Gerti Sadiku. I am a 32-year-old Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) Specialist based in Durrës, Albania. I have 2 years of professional experience in Scalp Micropigmentation and I am trained and certified through an American SMP certification program.My work is focused on providing SMP treatments for clients experiencing different types of hair loss, including thinning hair, receding hairlines, alopecia, and scalp scars etc. Each treatment is planned individually, depending on the client's scalp condition, hair pattern, skin type, and desired result.I use professional organic pigments from trusted American brands, specifically designed for Scalp Micropigmentation. The pigments are carefully selected to create realistic 'hair follicle impressions' and a natural transition between the existing hair and the treated areas.Before every treatment, I provide a detailed consultation where I discuss the client's expectations, examine the scalp and hair condition, and identify any skin concerns or sensitivities. This helps me create a personalized approach and choose the most suitable technique and pigment shade for each individual.After completing the sessions, I continue to follow up with my clients to understand how the scalp is healing, answer any questions, and provide guidance on proper scalp care and maintaining the best results.I communicate with my clients in Albanian, English, and Italian, making it easier to provide clear information and a comfortable experience for both local and international clients.
